To be Western Canada’s chosen authority and teacher on how to reverse pre-diabetes, kick the sugar and refined foods habit, and totally avoid diabetes. To dramatically reduce the number of people becoming diabetic so they achieve balanced blood sugar consistently, which gives them the best health possible and reduces strain on the Health Care System.
To follow my step by step process to teach women, age 40 to 55, how to choose and love foods that will support them and maintain a healthy blood sugar system for the rest of their life. As part of the process, teach them how to add healthy lifestyle elements including exercise and movement to their life to reduce stress and increase energy so they look their best, feel their best and build a healthy lifestyle that lasts. This will have a positive ripple effect on their family, their business, their community and their relationship with themselves.
