¾ cup blueberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
¾ cup raspberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
2 stalks celery – coarsely chopped
1/8 long English cucumber – coarsely chopped
1 stalk kale – leaf only (not the stem)
1 ½ to 2 cups coconut water
1 ½ scoops pumpkin protein powder
1 Tbsp hemp hearts (hemp seeds)
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
