Prep time: 3 minutes
¼ to ½ cup of Pumpkin Dip
1 serving of healthy protein powder – such as pumpkin protein powder
2 Tbsp ground chia seeds
1 to 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 to 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (raw chocolate)
small amount of stevia to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
