Prep time: 5 minutes
Refrigeration time: 60 minutes
Prep notes: no cooking required; requires a blender or food processor
1 package of fresh cranberries, washed
1 large orange
3/4 cup organic sugar or equivalent of natural sugar substitute
1 tablespoon orange liquor (optional)
- Add whole cranberries and whole orange (with peel on) to a food processor.
- Blend until they are the desired texture. Pour into a bowl; add sugar and liquor.
- Mix until well blended.
- Place cranberry relish in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
