This creamy raw chocolate pudding is both wonderfully delicious and incredibly healthy. Raw cacao is a ‘superfood’ which contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. What more could you want in a delicious dessert?
Prep time: 5 minutes
Prep notes: Use a food processor, or blender for best results.
Cooking time: none!
Yield: 4 servings
1 pckg soft (silken) plain tofu (300 g)
5 tsp (25 ml) agave syrup or maple syrup
3 Tbsp (50 ml) raw cacao powder
1 small banana (or 1/2 large banana)
1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
