Mint Fudgaroos

This delicious recipe is from my friend Molly.  Thank you, Molly for sharing this!

The nut butter, nuts and hemp protein make this recipe low glycemic.

Yield: about 2 dozen bite-sized balls

Requires a food processor or blender.



2 Tbsp cashew butter or almond butter

12 dates, pits removed

1 handful dried cranberries

1 Tbsp chocolate hemp protein powder OR hemp hearts

1 “glug” peppermint flavoring

1  Tbsp raw cacao powder

1 cup soft nuts (cashews or walnuts)


  • Mix everything except nuts in food processor or blender.  Add nuts last and process until nuts are small pieces.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.  Store in refrigerator.
